　The international students graduating or completing their courses today left their native countries, overcame the barriers of language, culture, and custom, and successfully brought their academic pursuits to fruition here in Japan at the University of Yamanashi. I would like to extend my deepest respect for all that you have worked for and accomplished. Using the knowledge and abilities that you have gained both in Japan and here in beautiful Yamanashi, with its majestic views of Mount Fuji, you are on the road toward furthering the development of your native countries. I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors. I also hope that you help build bridges of friendship between your homes and Japan, always taking pride in the tremendous academic achievements you have made at the University of Yamanashi.
